What you’ll do:
Billtrust is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented intern to join our M&A and ePMO team. As our M&A Ops and ePMO Intern, you will get the opportunity to be exposed to exciting pre and/or post-merger activities and diverse internal projects activities at Billtrust. Some tasks will be:
- Update M&A operations documentations
- Participate in specific ongoing planning or integration efforts, working with a team of functional experts from across the company
- Research potential targets, document best practices, and clean up and update M&A sourcing database
- Participate in, and perform specific tasks during due diligence efforts for M&A activities
- Editing monthly portfolio update
- Create / update ePMO templates
- Update project tracking tool (Clarizen), and build reports
- Write project highlights and publish on company portal
- Assist PM tasks when needed including updating project plans, recording and distributing notes
- Assist with any other ongoing key projects
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Attention to detail and project management skills
- Multi-task oriented and ability to work with frequent interruptions
- Availability to participate in our Summer Internship Program full-time, for approximately 10-12 weeks
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or Business management preferred
