Gale Wayman ’70 Scholarship (WILL Program) 2019 Scholarship Recipients

Gale Wayman is a 1970 graduate of Trenton State College where she studied English education.
She later went on to earn a Certificate in Group Practice Management front the Wharton School
at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in International Politics and Security
Studies from the University of Bradford, England. Gale is a lifelong philanthropist and
entrepreneur and is committed to developing women leaders who have the skills to effect real
change in their local communities and on a national and global scale.

The Gale Wayman ’70 Scholarship is both an honor and a substantial financial award. WOMEN
IN LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP (WILL) PROGRAM RISING JUNIORS AND SENIORS
ARE INVITED TO APPLY FOR THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR AT TCNJ. Awards are made
on the basis of several factors: academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA), evidence of good
standing in the WILL program (including all requirements), financial need, and involvement in
campus and community activities.
